ScrubPhoto never sees your files, because everything happens in your browser. So we cannot look up what went wrong on our side. These details help us reproduce it:

• The app or camera that made the file, and the format (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, MP4 or MOV).
• Your phone or computer and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or Android with Chrome.
• What the checker showed before the scrub and what the result said after it.
• If a platform labeled a scrubbed file, which platform, which label wording, and the date.

Please do not send private photos. If a sample file helps, send one you are happy to share, or tell us how to make one.

Wrong verdicts and platform changes

Platforms rename their AI labels and change what they read. If you see a label wording or a behavior that our platform pages do not describe, tell us with the date you saw it. We update the pages and the verdict rules from official help pages and announcements.

Security issues
